Amongst the rolling green hills of the Southern Highlands, with a vineyard and orchard, we were asked to take a modest approach to our redesign and redecoration. Our clients, who held ideals of sustainability and environmental consciousness, requested to reuse existing where possible and to redo where not.
Making it look fresh by rearranging and adding key new pieces, all internal doors were upgraded and fitted with aged-bronze hardware throughout the home, giving this house the bones it deserves.
The master bedroom & ensuite have become a tranquil retreat, with its own steam room in the bathroom and gorgeous hand finished textiles in the bedroom. The children's bathroom is quirky and uplifting, with the bath in a custom colour and a floor that is full of personality.
On this project, it was very difficult to hand back the keys.
